Directing the documentary

I think one of the main problems we are having is leadership. I beleive that someone alone has to become the director of the documentary that we are working on. A doc cannot have three directors. Everyone has there own point of view and opinions about the subject matter. For our next meeting I will tell them that one of them has to assume the directors hat. I don't care if I agree with it or not, I will happily help them in the paperwork and also in the shooting and editing of the film. Maybe it would have had a better start if everyone was assigned a role in the documentary. But well I guess we have to make it work.
